Course Information
The syllabi and other information given here are presented for the benefit of students who are considering taking one of my courses in a future term, and who want to know how that course might be structured, what textbooks might be used, what kinds of assignments I might give, etc. If you are currently enrolled in one of my courses, your official syllabus is posted in Course VU, NOT HERE.
The information given here represents the way the course has been taught most recently. There is no guarantee that it will be taught identically in the future. However, I rarely do major overhauls on my courses. Most changes are fairly minor: a matter of replacing one textbook with another, for instance. So, what you see here will give you a pretty good sense of what a given course will look like in a future term.
