Festival of Voices will be Sunday, November 9th at 2:00 p.m. in the Union Great Hall. Tickets are $2.00 and will be available at the door. Performances will include Emerson School for the Visual and Performing Arts Concert Choir, Susan May, Northwest Indiana Youth Chorus, Valparaiso University’s Acabellas, and Ballet Folklorico de East Chicago.

Festival of Voices is a benefit for Hilltop Childcare Center. Hilltop provides a quality childcare program for lower-income families. Currently, Hilltop has about seventy children enrolled, ranging from six weeks to five years old. Roughly sixty percent of the children at Hilltop receive financial assistance.

In-kind donations will also be accepted at the concert. Hilltop Childcare Center’s wish-list includes arts and crafts supplies, breakfast foods, snacks, hand soap, children’s books, and pre-school learning materials.
