Tech Support is comprised of four regular staff members along with student specialists working within the IT Fellows program. Services offered range from desktop software installation, software troubleshooting, hardware troubleshooting, equipment upgrades / replacements, lab and classroom support, student network connectivity troubleshooting, and wireless access troubleshooting.
The Hardware / Software rotation is one of several 6-week training rotations that freshman cohorts may participate in as part of their first year in the IT Fellows program. This rotation is run through the Tech Support team with this blog serving as the primary mode of communication for discussion of training topics and participant feedback on their experiences. This blog is not intended to serve as a means of requesting technical support. Please contact the IT Help Desk if you are in need of support.
