Today I followed myself, Matt Smith, on a ticket for a classroom touchpanel being out. We went over to Mueller hall and tried to reset the touchpanel. I learned that Crestron touchpanels can boot into a setup mode by lightly pressing on the touchscreen when you re-apply power to the touchpanel.
