Tonight was a GREAT success! Lakshmi did amazing and our judges pushed us to make our best arguments with new questions and hypos. It was a great way to send us off to Mumbai! Thank you again to our wonderful judges for your help! Now off to Mumbai!

For anyone who is wondering what a “send-off” moot is after reading this, and wondering why it is such a big deal, here is a brief explanation:
In International Moot Court, before every team leaves for competition, we hold a “send-off” moot, which is supposed to simulate a real-life experience of the actual competition, with official judges and competition setting. Think of it as a dress rehearsal.
On a side note, it is also supposed to get you pumped up for the competition and it is open for others outside of international moot court to come watch you moot in all your glory.
