- IT – goal for complete migration end of August 2012
- MAIL – VUPD – standalone departments with little sharing of files with others
- All departments with KRE – soft target date end of September 2012
- Team agreed the announcement document composed by Becky is perfect
- Becky will run it by Rick and IMC
- Shoot for Thursday August 2 noon release
- Plan to get on the agenda for August 7 IT Staff meeting to open up discussion on IT migration plan
- Discuss how this will affect IT staff
- Ask for cleanup of obsolete useless files
- Restructure permissions (remove denials)
- Discuss eliminating stucon & stuaid accounts
- Kevin will talk to Tara Teeple about ADM stuaid accounts
- Get rid of stuaid or make them generic managed by Tara
