Whether you are a professional juggling a career with schooling or a full-time student, our program is designed to fit your needs. You can complete the Valpo MBA in one year through our 38-credit program designed for students with an undergrad business background.

For students with no prior business background you can still have a Master of Business Administration degree in two years (or spread the program over as many as five years to fit your lifestyle) with our 52-credit program.

Foundation Courses – 500 level (14 credits)

These graduate-level courses build the foundation for the program and are designed for students without corresponding undergraduate work or for those whose business coursework is not current.

Core Courses – 600 level (26 credits)

These courses form the common base of the MBA and are taken by everyone in the program. The core includes advanced courses in business disciplines in three broad areas:

• values-based leadership
• analytical decision making
• strategic leadership

In addition, you are our faculty’s top priority. One of the benefits of an AACSB accredited Valpo business degree is the small class size and low professor-to-student ratio. And our courses are taught by professors with PhDs and those with extensive business experience.
