			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Its been a while since I last looked at web pages with the intention of designing or editing. I just decided to start up again, but didn&#8217;t have a web editor. I googled and came across NVU (pronounced as N-view), which is free source linux based and runs well on windows and mac, as you should expect. it is supposed to rival dreamweaver and frontpage. I have used dreamweaver in the past and must admit that it is a bit tedious. I will be trying it out in a few days and I will dialog on my progress. </p>
