GLMC 2025

The 2025 Great Lakes Meteorology Conference will be hosted on March 22, 2025 in the Harre Union Ballrooms. Various speakers will give students a diverse view of opportunities in the atmospheric sciences, with talks from professors, environmental scientists, operational meteorologists, and many more! (Click on this link to see the previous year’s GLMC)

The theme for this year is “The Weather Connection: The Science, The Systems, and Solutions,” showcasing the importance of the complete cycle of meteorology; understanding the science,  tracking/predicting through systems, and developing solutions to deal with weather challenges.

Registration will cost $70 and end on Sunday, March 16th at 11:59 pm. VU students and faculty can pay at the door with cash or check, while attendees from other institutions can pay online using this link.

Additionally, those interested in presenting a research poster during our poster session can also fill out this form, due at the same time as the registration form.
